Refund Policy

We at Vellasio have formulated each product to deliver best possible results. We make Sure that every product is Intact. But in case if you wish to return Our product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refund or replacement only in following Cases -

If You Received a wrong Product
Or a damaged product
Or an expired product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at help@vellasio.in

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 3 days from the time of delivery.

Allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, We will arrange The pickup.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
